6B E Street Waterline Improvements and 9th Street Reconstruction with Las Palmas Avenue Non-Potable Line Improvements:
Overview
The Project will take place between Las Palmas Avenue and Sperry Avenue, from South 9th Street to South 4th Street. This project includes the replacement of existing water main pipes and all associated service laterals along the newly installed water main. Pavement rehabilitation will also be performed on South 9th Street between Las Palmas Avenue and Sperry Avenue.
This project is currently out to bid for construction. Bids will be opened February 2026.
Sunset Court Improvements Project:
Overview
The scope of work for this project includes construction of roadway improvements along Sunset Court. The work involves installation of a water main, valves, water services, a fire hydrants, replacement of curb and gutter, sidewalk, ADA curb ramp, a valley gutter, pavement replacement and striping among other work.
This project is currently out to bid for construction. Bids will be opened February 2026.
