Purpose
The purpose of the Senior Commission is to serve in an advisory capacity to the City Council in matters affecting people aged fifty (50) and older in the City, including health, housing, transportation, recreation, education, and employment.
Special Considerations:
- Members of this committee must reside within the City of Patterson city limits.
- Members of this committee must be 50+
Mission Statement
To serve an as advocacy and advisory body for adults 50+ and a catalyst for education and awareness that supports seniors by providing outreach, practical resources and tools to educate our senior adult population.
Meetings
- 10:00 am
- 3rd Tuesday of each month
- Alternating every month between Hammon Senior Center - 1033 W Las Palmas Ave and City Hall, 1st Floor, City Council Chambers
- 5-Member Board
- Members Serve 2-Year Terms
- Terms Expire in October
