Public Notice: Rogers Road Closure
This notice is to inform you that City Council has approved Teichert Construction to close specific sections of Rogers Road for underground utilities and road improvement activities associated with the I-5 Trade Center Project.
The road closure anticipated to begin on Thursday, July 3, 2025 to May 2026.
The following sections of Rogers Road will be closed:
- Rogers Road south of Zacharias Road
- Rogers Road north of the Restoration Hardware truck access driveway
- Keystone Pacific Parkway west of Rogers Road
This closure is required to ensure the safety of both the construction workers and the general public and will help expedite construction activities. Message boards and construction signs will continue to be in place to help direct traffic. The contractor will maintain access to businesses/driveways within closures limits at all times. Emergency vehicles responding to calls will be prioritized through the construction zone. Furthermore, the contractor will provide adequate notification (at least 48 hours in advance) to all of the affected areas prior to this closure. To view the traffic control plan, please click below:
